Qualifications:
18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Pay is $15.

60 academic credit hours Option 2:
12 months job-related experience Option 3:
30 academic credit hours and six months job-related experience Site-Director Duties:
Oversee childcare program Fulfill Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) regulations Keep postings current Fill out timesheet on a regular basis Turn timesheets in every other Friday Plan and conduct daily activities Prepare any materials needed for activities Assist with wiping tables Assist with the cleanliness in all areas Maintain a balanced array of games, arts and crafts, etc.
Keep current children and staff records up to date Retain attendance record of children and CACFP__-(food program for snack) Liaison between Program Director and staff Uphold good communication with parents through newsletter, dry erase board notes, etc.
Develop and maintain good rapport and communication with school staff at your site Complete accident/behavior forms when necessary Arrive on time and ready to work Person in charge of the running the daily routine(lining kids up, transitioning children to and from each activity, keeping order in the room, gym, cafeteria, hallways, etc.
) Leader on discipline and taking action when an incident occurs Managing discipline on a daily and routine basis (Ex.
:
Asking kids to sit on their bottoms, hands to themselves, quiet feet, inside voices, all eyes on me when I am talking, voices off, etc.
) Using positive language toward the children Supervise children Interact with children daily Supervise lead and assistant instructors Perform other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
