Valiant is seeking a skilled Doctrinal Training Team (DTT) SME for a Part Time On Call position, supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Training Complexes and other DOD locationsFull-Spectrum SME/Lead responsible for collective training for Mission Training Complex to include the development of scenarios, script writing, and exercise direction for MTC driven collective eventsMay support work originating any/all of the following locations/regions:
o Camp Atterbury, IN o FtChaffee, AR o Camp Dodge, IA o FtIndiantown Gap, PA o Gowen Field, ID o FtLeavenworth, KS RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
o SME in the area of military Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures to include Simulations and Stimulations and other Mission Command Training enablerso Will be responsible for a team of DTT SMEs in various subject matter areas, including:
Intel, M2, Fires, Protection, and Sustainmento Acts as an advisor, mentor, and SME for Brigade and Below Units during planning through execution to include After Action Review (AAR) of MTC driven collective eventso Will recommend LVC-G training strategies, methodologies, and techniques to meet and anticipate training requirementso Responsible for the design of scenario based exercises to support Unit Commander's training objectiveso Will develop theater specific scripting of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), or simulation control injects that are integrated with and support training exercises, and constructive staff training in a Live-Virtual-Constructive environmento Will conduct in-depth research on evolving doctrine, theater specific operations, lessons learned and newly developed tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used in the development of MSEL, or simulation control injects that accurately replicate the operational environment that the training is designed forMust determine the appropriate exercise inject methods and entry pointo Ensure Unit Leadership understands MTC capabilities in regards to operations, training, technical support, simulations and distribution methodologieso Leading up to and during Collective events, must synchronize the capabilities of MTC training capabilities assetso Responsible for administratively and operationally leading a team of skilled trainerso Will have access to and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferenceso Interacts and effectively communicates with corporate and customer management to determine project scope, planning needs, and reporting requirementso Ensures delivery of reportso Implements ISO quality standards o Analyzes progress and develop necessary recovery plans and/or alternatives o Responsible for evaluating existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needso Ensures adherence to Company and Site Policies, Practices and Procedures appropriately using authority to conduct or recommend employee disciplinary actions accordinglyo Safeguard and maintain Government furnished equipment, materials and facilitieso BA or BS degree, subject immaterial (MA or MS degree preferred)Completion of the Command and General Staff College or equivalent level military schooling (Preferred)o Previous senior Army/ARNG leadership position with training management background and CTC experience (or similar)o Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion, Brigade, and/or Division Level (or similar)o At least six (6) years of combined staff experience within the specific War Fighting Function (or similar), or eight (8) years of specialized experience in this type MCTSP duty position, (or similar)o Recent experience working within the National Guard training support system, (or similar)o War Fighter Function area Army Mission Command System qualification(s)o Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred (or similar)o Two (2) or more years working with and using Computer Assisted Training exerciseso At least eight (8) years' experience with Military or DODo Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Post driving privilegeso Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified informationo Must be able to successfully pass the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Awareness compact disk--read-only memory (CD-ROM) course as a minimum training requiremento Two (2) years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC processo Demonstrated experience in operational planning and simulations using ERF, MRF, and stimulating MCS (Preferred)o Able to read, write and speak fluent Englisho Must be able to listen with comprehension to assist fellow associates with duties/requestso Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnelo Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functionso Ability to work independently with minimal supervisiono Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time under stressful conditionso The highest level of confidentiality and loyalty is requiredREQUISITION # 21-2696 Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled Recommended Skills Classified Information Coaching And Mentoring Communication Confidentiality English Freight Forwarding Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
