Cubic Applications, Inc. (CAI), a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Military Analyst I to join our professional team providing training and education development product management support.
Support the development of Mission Command Training and Education Development (MCTED) products
Identify and convert Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) 71-9 series tasks applicable to US Army Divisions or higher headquarters when performing as a Joint Task Force (JTF) or Army Component Command (ACC)
Update and/or develop new Army Universal Task List (AUTL) 71-8 series tasks based on changes in doctrine
Develop individual MCTED products, to include, but are not limited to Lesson Plans, Individual Critical Task Lists, Training Support Packages, Soldier Training Publications, Distributed Learning, and course Programs of Instruction
Develop collective MCTED products, to include, but are not limited to Training Support Plans (TSP), Unit Task Lists (UTL), Warfighter TSPs, and drills
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college
Graduate of a military service school equivalent to the Army Command and General Staff College (Military Education Level-4)
Experience developing and writing Programs of Instruction, Lesson Plans, Practical Exercises, Training Support Packages, etc.
Former US Army instructor (3
years)
Expert in needs analysis and curriculum design involving adult learning and Kolb's Experiential Learning Model.
Experience designing and storyboarding training and education content for distance learning.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret level.
