Tec-Masters, Inc (TMI ) is seeking instructors for the Army Management Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS
Hiring is contingent upon contract award
Requirements:
Education: Graduate level degree from an accredited academic institution and/or graduate of Army Management Staff College (AMSC), Command and General Staff College (CGSC), United States Army Sergeant Major Academy (USASMA), or Army War College (AWC). The ideal candidate would be an Advanced Course graduate from the Army Management Staff College or AWC. Secondary consideration can be given to graduates of a military service school equivalent to the Sergeant Majors Academy and/or the Command and General Staff College.
Experience: Professional experience in principles of experiential or inquiry or constructivist learning theory, and complex leader development principles.
Experience: Professional experience teaching and facilitating at multiple educational levels (preferably at the graduate level) for a highly diverse audience. Teaching includes providing brief lectures, workshops and guidance in accordance with course documents on course content which includes: National Security Strategy; Strategy Formulation; Strategic Environment; Defense Support to Civil Authorities; Joint Military Operations; Army Leader Development, Joint and Army Modernization and Force Management Systems; Army Reset; Army Family and Soldier Programs. Facilitation includes: use of sophisticated questioning techniques such as the Socratic method; enhancement of student critical thinking; enabling learner reflection through processes such as the after action review (AAR); implementation of assessment processes to support coaching individual students on development of leader competencies.
SharePoint: Experience in using the tool to manage actions to integrate input from multiple sources and to share information among stakeholders.
Experience in standard software packages such as power point, excel, word, and outlook.
