ATMP Military Training Analyst

Title: ATMP Military Training Analyst Location: Kansas-Leavenworth
Key Role:
Act as a primary interface for coordinating and managing the Army's training management marketing and opportunity capture events. Manage deliverables and administrative tasks associated with support to the Army training management organization, including the development and maintenance of Army's training management learning products, planning and synchronizing monthly Army training management proponent coordination meetings, preparing Army training management briefings, maintaining and managing Army training forum on milSuite, and developing Army Training Network (ATN) content. Respond to individual, unit, and institutional level requests for the Army training management proponent training support and maintain an ATN social media presence.
Basic
Qualifications:
-12 years of experience in a military
-5 years of experience with Army training and education product development in the operational and institutional domain
-Knowledge of Army Regulation 350-1 and TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and related pamphlets
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED required
-Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Sergeant Majors Academy, or Military Service School equivalent
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with leading tasks or project efforts, documenting results of analyses, and preparing and present briefings
-Experience with Army training management, including battalion S3
-Experience with using the Army Training Development Capability (TDC) for learning product development
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Adult Education, Training Management, or Analysis of Data and Information
-Military Education Level (MEL) 4 or Service School equivalent military education
