Worcester Properties is NOW HIRING for the Groundskeeper/Porter position to perform grounds maintenance for multifamily apartment communities in Leavenworth, KS.
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the assigned property grounds, laundry, common areas, and other areas as designated by the Property Manager to ensure that all residents are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained community. Must have reliable transportation, valid DL, and able to pass a background and post offer drug screen. At least 1 year previous landscaping, grounds maintenance is preferred.
